Hampstead Lane

Custom Sight and Sound were engaged to complete this prestigious development for a London investment company the project demonstrating the benefits to the developer brought  by CSS working on high-end speculative developments such as this.

At this level automation and entertainment systems are not only expected but also required in order to make the buildings complex requirements manageable and simple to operate.

A full Crestron automation installation controls all elements of the property including lighting, heating, cooling, door entry, gate access, audio, video, curtains, blinds and CCTV. Each area is controlled by wall mounted high-resolution video enabled touch panels with a cordless touch panel employed for convenience in the Cinema. Lutron Homeworks is utilised to control all aspects of lighting and bespoke TV solutions were installed throughout all main areas and bathrooms.

Added to this is an intelligently engineered backbone of further cable systems to allow almost infinite expansion and flexibility to any subsequent purchaser.

The basement cinema is a true success sporting Runco projection and Triad loudspeaker systems driven by Anthem electronics and a Kaleidescape DVD library.

Such careful designs ensure maximum value and return to the developer and form a regular and substantial sector of CSS’s ongoing business.
