CSS was involved with this warm and friendly family home from inception to completion. Regular and thorough client meetings allowed us to follow carefully the clients’ requirements in order to ensure that the technical structure of the building allowed for all possible services either required immediately or in the future.
Lutron Homeworks is utilised for both internal and external lighting as well as integrating motorised window treatments. This is complemented by a Crestron automation system featuring both wall mounted and cordless touch panels.
The audio system includes a distributed music library with flush mounted iPod docking stations as well as DAB radio.
Kaleidescape provides an extensive DVD library to 4 locations with Sky HD also provided throughout.
All telephone systems, Data, IT, TV distribution and flat panel screens were carefully coordinated with the interiors to help provide a discreet, simple and intuitive solution.
